- High Margin of financing up to 100% + 10% for Takaful:
- MRTT/MLTT – Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful/ Mortgage Level Term Takaful
- HOT – Houseowner/Householder Takaful Plan
- Profit Rate as low as SBR + 1.15% p.a.(EPR = 3.90% p.a.)
(Current Standardised Base Rate (SBR) is 2.75% per annum effective 4 November 2022) - Financing Tenure of up to 35 years or age 70, whichever is earlier

- No compounding elements

- No penalty for early settlement
Eligibility criteria
- Malaysian Citizen
- Age 18 and above
- First time home buyer and salaried worker. Civil servants shall also be eligible
- Not a bankrupt or have any legal action
- No record of impairment for the last 12 months as per applicant’s CCH (formerly known as CCRIS)
- Total gross salary not exceeding RM10,000 (individual or joint applicant)
- To complete the Online financial education module provided by AKPK at https://power.akpk.org.my
Required document
- Photocopy of identity card
- Sales & Purchase Agreement
- For salary earners:
- Latest 3 months salary slips
- Latest 3 months salary crediting account statements
- Employer’s Confirmation Letter
- Annual Income Statement/ BE Form / EPF statement
- Any other supporting income documents
