Women in Business (BI WinBiz)
Women in Business Financing Programme (WinBiz) is a financing product specially designed for Malaysian Women Entrepreneurs under the category of Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) to cater for their working capital and/or capital expenses.

Eligibility
- For Private Limited Company (Sdn. Bhd.) and Professional Service Providers that fall within SME definition.
- Business in operation for at least three (3) years and profitable for the past two (2) years.
- Malaysian owned business with at least fifty-one percent (51%) of shares, held by a Malaysian women or women, who serve as the key decision maker(s).
- Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), or authorities/district offices in Sabah and Sarawak, statutory bodies for professional service providers.

- Capital Expenditure (CAPEX)
Note:
- This is inclusive of legal documentation costs, Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan (guarantee fee for the first year and any other costs which have been approved by the bank.
- The facility shall not be used for refinancing of existing facilities.
Financing Amount
- Minimum financing amount: RM100,000
- Maximum financing amount: RM1 million
Financing Rate
Minimum BFR+1.50% per annum.
Financing Tenure
Up to seven (7) years
Collateral/Security
Up to 80% of financing guaranteed by SJPP under WCGS Women or other schemes released in the future.
Sdn. Bhd.:
- Joint and Several Guarantee (JSG) by the following individuals:
- Directors of the company
- Shareholders holding more than thirty percent (30%) of the share capital.
- Key man / person regardless of the shareholding and directorship
- Corporate Guarantor holding more than fifty percent (50%) of the share capital of the customer

| 7 | Cancellation Fee | Based on actual cost (if any) for the preparation and registration of security documents that has been incurred by the Bank in connection with the facility including all expenses incurred during the claim process. |
