Participation Steps:

1. Collect an entry form from the Customer Service Centre at any SOGO Malaysia store
2. Complete the entry form and attach it with the original purchase receipts.
3. Completed entry forms must be submitted either:
   • Physically, by placing them in the entry box provided at the Customer Service Centre at any SOGO Malaysia store; or
   • By mail to the “Shop & Sweep with SOGO and Bank Islam Contest"
