As part of the Malaysian Government’s mandate to modernise tax reporting and support the growth of the digital economy, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (Bank Islam) will begin issuing e-Invoices from 1 July 2025, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Inland Revenue Board Malaysia (IRBM).

To ensure continued compliance and avoid disruptions to tax filings or claims, the e-Invoicing setup has been designed to be seamless and efficient.

Once completed, you may choose to:
Visit your nearest Bank Islam branch to submit the form, OR
Email the completed form to us at contactcenter@bankislam.com.my

Please be informed that under Section 82C (11) of the Income Tax Act 1967 [Act 53], any personal data processed under this section and any other related provisions of Act 53 for the purpose of issuing or transmitting e-Invoices to the Director General of IRBM is not subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709].
