4.   Bill dishonored after arrival of

RM50.00 per month or part thereof if bill remains unpaid for more than 60 days
after due date / first presentation.
  Representation commission Local / Foreign:
RM10.00 will be levied for each representation plus actual cost.

RM5.00 on each bill dishonoured after arrival of goods or for each
