SJKP Housing Scheme
Benefits & Features
- This scheme is to cater the purchasing under construction low cost, low medium cost or medium cost houses up to RM300,000
- Margin of financing up to 100% including Takaful
- Profit Rate as low as SBR + 3.28 p.a. (EPR = 6.28% p.a.)

Eligibility criteria
- Malaysian citizen
- Age 18 to 65 years old
- Not a bankrupt or have any legal action
- Self employed or without any fixed monthly income who has the capacity and capability to pay but unable to provide proof of income i.e. payslips
Or
- Fixed income earner with minimum monthly income of RM1,000 and with capacity to pay the monthly installments
- Those with fixed monthly income of less than RM1,000 must have additional source of Non-Fixed income totaling of RM1,000 and with capacity to pay the month installments, primary for purchasers of housing develop by companies related of States/Federal government
- First house financing for own occupancy
- Customer must reside within 20 KM radius from the processing branch (unless prior approval obtained from SJKP)
