Forgot Your User ID’s Or Password
If you are the Company user with User ID and password granted by your Company System Administrator and Company System Authorizer, you can request them to reset your User ID and password.
If you are the Company System Administrator or Company System Authorizer, you are required to fill in the System Administrator & System Authoriser’s ID maintenance form via https://www.bankislam.com/forms/ and email the form to admin.ebankerPro@bankislam.com.my for processing. The request will be process upon receiving a complete document and information.
